No refunds or exchanges on ‘Sale’ items. Store credit only.
For non-sale items:
If a garment is the wrong size we will replace it freight free with the same garment in a different size. We are unable to accept returns on hats, hair pieces and earrings due to Australian health and safety regulations. Cost to return the garment is at the customer’s expense.
Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded after assessment by The Kindred Co customer service team.Cost to return the item for assessment is at the customer’s expense.
Returns will only be accepted for goods purchased from this online store. If you have purchased Eb & Ive items from a retailer please liaise with them directly to arrange any warranty claim.
Any product being returned must be in its original condition, unused, unmarked, in the original packaging & not defective as a result of misuse.
We strongly suggest sending with the ‘signature on delivery’ add on feature, to prevent any return delivery issues. If for some reason an AusPost investigation is required and signature proof is not provided, then we would not be able to process your refund.
Exclusions: Please note hair accessories, hats, headwear and earrings are not eligible for returns or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Any refund will be made the same way you paid.
Non-Defective Goods Fee
For warranty claims on non defective goods a $10 non-fault fee will be payable. The customer will have to pay for the $10 shipping cost before the non-faulty item is returned to the customer.
