Welcome to the eb&ive Style Circle Rewards Program! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our loyalty program. By joining the Style Circle Rewards Program, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Eligibility:
1.1. The Style Circle Rewards Program is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. 1.2. Membership is free and available to customers who sign up on ebandive.com.au.
2. Earning Points:
2.1. Members earn Style Circle points for qualifying purchases made only at ebandive.com.au
2.2. Points are earned based on the purchase amount before taxes and shipping fees. 2.3. Points are awarded at a rate determined by eb&ive and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Redeeming Points:
3.1. Style Circle points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases only at ebandive.com.au
3.2. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another member's account.
3.3. Points cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise specified by eb&ive.
4. Member Communication:
4.1. By joining the Style Circle Rewards Program, you consent to receive communication from eb&ive, including but not limited to promotional offers, account updates, and program information.

5.1. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including contact details and email address.
5.2. eb&ive is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by inaccurate account information provided by the member.
6. Termination of Membership:
6.1. eb&ive reserves the right to terminate a member's participation in the Style Circle Rewards Program at any time without prior notice or explanation.
6.2. Membership may be terminated if a member violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
7. Modification of Terms:
7.1. eb&ive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Style Circle Rewards Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Changes to the program will be effective immediately upon posting on the eb&ive website.
7.3. Should the program terminate for any unforeseen reason, members will be given a minimum of 30 days to redeem their points, after which all points will expire.
8. Governing Law:
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
